The "without accommodation" fee includes lunches, coffee breaks and the activities. The "with accommodation" fee also includes the accommodation from Monday evening to Friday morning. All these services are free for students, PhD students and post-doctoral students when they present a poster or an oral communication.

Given the costs incurred by the organizing association, a formal confirmation will be asked to validate any free registration to the symposium: a letter signed by an official of your lab, or the copy of original documents confirming the purchase or firm reservation of tickets for going to Lyon.

Be aware that no fee reduction will be possible based on the number of days of presence.
